My daughter took her car to the Athens location for a low PSI reading... University Tire staff checked her tires for any leaks - filled them to the proper levels & would not charge her for anything. This is awesome customer service. Since she is attending college and away from home, I could not be there to take care of it... as her dad. I want to say thank you for taking care of her. I would give 10 stars but it is not an option ! Go Dawgs !
I went to Universal tire on Mitchell Bridge rd last week and it was there five days and when I picked it up rats done eat my carpet and u believe the owner would not fix it thats what kind o business they run over there then after all of that he tells me that Porterfield had the same problem what does that tell u what kind of business they are running.
We called to see about mobile tire service. Our dump trailer blew 2 rear tires and we were stranded on the side of the road . Within 15 minutes Matt had someone out to replace the tires and we were on our way Kudos to University tire!
I have known 2 of the owners of this business for almost 30 years. Good people. Today I was at work and my college student daughter had a tire issue. I told her to drive straight to University Tire and ask for Matt Patrick. Matt fixed the tire in about 10 minutes and wouldn’t let my daughter pay. Great people! Much appreciated.
